MBA (HR), MHRD, MHRM, MLW, PGD (HRM), MA (HR and LR) or equivalent

We are looking for a full time skilled HR & Admin person to provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is recruitment, job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Conducting recruitment – end to end.
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
Exit interviews and recording them accordingly.
Manage H.R. Operations/Employee Life Cycle Management (End to End).
Handling administration work.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, word & Power Point)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of HR & Pay-Roll software.
