Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language – both written & verbal.
  • Strong experience in the Recruitment process, coordination with candidates & consultants.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, computer basics.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Good at analyzing the situation and be proactive.
  • Quick learner.
  • Can aid in revising company policies from time to time.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Well, verse with Recruitment Software and Job Portal.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post on different job portals
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Handle the recruitment process – from selection till appointment.
