The Challenge
The client provides travel insurance. They wanted to maintain their customers i.e., the travellers, the hotels the travellers would stay provided these hotels are the clients members, and services like hospitals and ambulances which the travellers would use in case of medical emergencies. The documents related to travel, the medical services that the traveller avails and the kind of treatments they received also had to be managed.
The Solution
We modified Dynamics 365 Sales to accommodate their requirement of managing patients, service providers like clinics and ambulances, payment guarantees etc. We created a business process flow to guide the users from the beginning when a potential patient registers till their payment is completed. We also integrated SharePoint so that all email attachments move to the SharePoint folder attached to the email. We also helped integrate a third-party solution which would allow proper email handling.
