The Challenge 

The client needs to help media companies by earning revenue. They need everything that the media companies require to run advertising operations from their end. They wanted a system so that they can provide service to their customer as well. 

The Solution 

We enhanced the Dynamics Sales and Service to provide Clients with the things they want. We modified Sales to create the number of Order Lines based on the Contract Term of Sales Order, which in turn will be added to the F&O system for the finance purpose from where they used to manage the Invoices. We also integrated Dynamics Sales with F&O to achieve the requirement. Furthermore, we enhanced the Service module such that if the Customer Case created is on priority, the person handling the case gets notified and he/she can start the work immediately.
