The challenge

The client wanted their Dynamics 365 instance to communicate with a third-party service. They wanted information entered in Dynamics 365 to go to these third-party services.

The solution

We created an Azure Service Buss to which we sent all the new date that was entered in Dynamics 365 like for example, a new record being created. Then we created an Azure Logic App which would pick up this information. It would then call the required API of the third party and send this information to through this API. The advantage of this choice is that we were able to use a no code/low code approach which reduced the future maintainability.
