1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of IT services by Inkey IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to its clients.
All services are delivered in accordance with mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW), proposals, or contractual agreements.
2. Scope of Services
The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services are defined within applicable engagement documents.
Any work beyond agreed scope requires formal approval from both parties.
We do not provide managed services, infrastructure management, or ongoing infrastructure operations as part of our standard service offerings.
3. Professional Standards
Services are delivered with reasonable skill, care, and diligence in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete informationÂ
- Ensuring lawful use of delivered solutionsÂ
- Maintaining required access, licenses, and third-party permissionsÂ
5. Intellectual Property
- Pre-existing intellectual property remains with the original ownerÂ
- Ownership of deliverables is defined in engagement agreementsÂ
- Inkey IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of reusable frameworks, tools, and methodologiesÂ
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationÂ
- Use such information only for agreed purposesÂ
- Prevent unauthorized disclosureÂ
This obligation continues after termination of services for the period defined in the applicable agreement or NDA, and where no such period is specified, for five years from termination or expiration.
